Location: DO Conference Room, Entry through Exterior Door #2
Open to any staff and dependents age 7 and older regardless of insurance coverage.

If you miss the on-site flu clinic, district insured members are covered for flu shots under the health insurance plan as preventative (no fee) if using an in network physician or pharmacy. Note: POS plan members must go to an in network provider in order for it to be covered as preventative.
