The Door County Medical Center - Dental Clinic is offering a preventive dental sealant program for ALL children in grades 2nd - 4th grades. This program is funded by the Wisconsin Seal-A-Smile, a collaborative program of Children's Health Alliance of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. If you are interested, please fill out the form and have your student return it to the Elementary office by November 1st, 2022.
