Reminder to all middle schoolers and 5th graders that wrestling will start today 12/13/21.
The season will begin December 13th with practice after school, from 3:30 to 5 p.m., in the Elementary School gym. All boys and girls in grades 5 through 8 are invited to join the wrestling team.
We will also have voluntary practices during winter break, on 12/27, 12/28 and 12/29, from 1 to 3 p.m.
After the New Year we will return full time January 3, with practices Monday through Thursday, from 3:30 to 5 p.m.
I would like to do a meet-and-greet with parents. I will make myself available to meet with you after our first day of practice on Dec. 13. We will also go through expectations and goals that I would like to see each athlete achieve.
It's important for all athletes to have their paperwork completed to be able to participate. A student must have a sports physical or alternate-year card in order to begin practicing. Here is the link to register: https://sdsd-ar. rschooltoday.com/
