ON-SITE REGISTRATION DAY FOR NEW STUDENTS AND THOSE NEEDING ONLINE REGISTRATION ASSISTANCE 

SOUTHERN DOOR HOLDS “BACK TO SCHOOL” REGISTRATION DAY

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 7, 2019 
12:30-7:00 PM -  HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARY 
The Southern Door County School District will hold its “ Back-to-School” Registration Day on Wednesday, August 7 from 12:30-7:00 pm in the high school library.  The registration is for all new students to the district, as well as any returning families who need assistance with online registration to enroll students and/or update information.

Parents of new students should bring: proof of residency (e.g. current mortgage info, current lease agreement, current energy/gas/water bill; proof of Legal age/name (child's birth certificate); and if the family is coming from out of state, please bring the all immunization records.

All families should have the following information:  emergency contact phone numbers; and the child’s health and/or medication information. 
During registration, families will have the opportunity to complete and turn in various school forms, pay student fees, and deposit money to meal accounts.   
If families are unable to complete online registration or attend in person on August 7, they should call their school office to make an appointment.
